Welcome back to class Sempai

We have the return of Dave, class sempai, back to continue his martial arts training. He was away serving his country in Iraq--a big thank you for helping to keep us all enjoying the freedom of being an American!

Next Thursday we will be doing more combinations as we continue to learn how to combine our blocks, kicks and punches to all work together. Keep practicing at home.......

You all are doing a great job! I'm proud to be your sensei!

THURSDAY CLASS

Greetings Karateka!
Great job last Thursday......we worked hard hitting on the bags practicing our kicks! Practice at home if you can what we went over.

Sorry for not going over the previous week's Goshinru techniques, but I will try and do that during this upcoming Thursday's class---- as it is very important not to forget what we learned.

.....and keep practicing at home! If there are any questions, please write them down so you don't forget and remember to ask me next class...ok

NOTE
If anybody is testing next month in June---- work, work, work.............Soke John Suarez will be here
