Cangrats to the students who has come up in ranks since this last posting--keep up the good work!!
Sensei Dave will be unfortunately leaving us this month in June and moving to California to continue his journey helping to keep our Freedom in the US Air Force! We will be sorry to see him leave but look forward to him continuing his martial art studies.
Summer is here so keep cool as you can and don't forget to keep working out at home!

- Sensei Ken Johnsen began his Martial Arts journey as a white belt in 1996 within the study of Okinawa Kenpo Karate and later received the rank of Brown Belt in Shin Kai Kenpo. Sensei Ken presently holds the rank of Yodan 4th. Degree Black Belt in Wado Ryu Karate & Shintoyoshin Jiu Jitsu. As a combination Martial Artist, he is also ranked as a Yodan in Kenwayoshin Ryu Karate, Jiu Jitsu and Kobudo. He is very thankful to God in allowing him the opportunity to train within the Martial Arts and for the continued support of his lovely wife and family.
